Sylvie slides down one strap of Anri's top to enable her to bite into Anri's shoulder and replenish her blood supply.
I really love how they captured Anri's expression perfectly in this cel. You can clearly see the massive burden that she carries; the feeling that Sylvie wouldn't have to risk her life and kill people to survive on Earth if it wasn't for her.
